A Day in the Life

As a Medical Representative for our West Cairo team, you will be the crucial link between L'Oréal's dermatological brands and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Medical Visit Manager, you will use your scientific expertise to build trusted relationships with dermatologists and pharmacists, driving brand recommendations and contributing to our mission of providing life-changing dermatological solutions.

• Scientific Engagement: You will conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to present scientific data and communicate the benefits and efficacy of our product portfolio, ensuring they have the latest information.
• Territory Management: You will strategically manage your assigned territory in West Cairo, analyzing data to identify key opportunities for growth and developing an effective action plan to achieve your targets.
• Business Partnership: You will build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and the face of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty.
• Market Intelligence: You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback from healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights to the marketing and sales teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related life sciences field.
• Proven ability in scientific communication, translating complex information into clear and compelling messages.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills to build trust and credibility with medical experts.
• Excellent planning and execution capabilities to effectively manage your territory and achieve objectives.
• A results-driven approach with a clear focus on achieving business targets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
