Social & Advocacy Manager

As a Social & Advocacy Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to plan, develop, design and manage the brand’s owned and earned media across digital channels to increase brand engagement and strengthen brand image.


Responsibilities: 

    Define the brand’s owned media strategy and implement the content plan across social media platforms

    Define the brand’s earned media strategy for influencers, and lead the engagement with these KOLs

    Lead content creators in developing regular content for the brand’s social  platforms, including static content, short videos, livestreams, and the like

    In collaboration with the product manager, create and implement social and influence activations for brand campaigns

    Lead total brand equity campaigns and social responsibility initiatives

    Manage the brand’s influencer and community management agencies

    Manage the brand’s budget for social and influence

    Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders 


Professional and Technical Competencies

    Social media marketing – strong knowledge of and affinity to digital platforms; knows how to leverage on these platforms to reach and engage consumers  

    Content creation – ability to create compelling and relevant content at scale

    Influencer management – ability to engage and build relationships with influencers to advocate the brand

    Strong beauty metier – strong understanding of the beauty landscape in order to create relevant communications and content 

Who are we looking for?

    A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent;

    Has at least 5 years working experience in social media marketing

    Good project management skills and effective communication skills

    Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity

    A true team player

    A challenger who questions the status quo and pushes teams to achieve objectives

    Process-driven and with excellent project and time management skills

    Practical and someone having a methodical approach to problem-solving
