A Day in the Life

As the Marketing Product Manager for our Kiehl's brand in Montreal, you will play a central role in the success of our portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Diana Coletta, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from launch strategy to performance analysis. You will join a dynamic team at the heart of the L'Oréal Luxe division, where your vision will directly contribute to the brand's growth in the Canadian market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Launch Strategy: Defining the optimal market offer, developing the promotional strategy (sets, GWPs), and coordinating code creation and local production.
  • Analysis & Performance: Tracking sales performance, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and sharing key insights to inform strategic brand decisions.
  • Planning & Merchandising: Managing the product lifecycle in collaboration with commercial teams and overseeing planogram creation to optimize in-store visibility.
  • Portfolio Management: Developing pricing strategies, overseeing assortment rationalization, and ensuring rigorous forecast management to maximize growth.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market (e.g., Circana) and sales data.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence, working closely with commercial, supply chain, and digital teams.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is essential to operate in a local and international context.
