As a Marketing Project Graduate Trainee, you will: 

• Coordinate & support in the go-to-market activations with local marketing teams 
• Communicate and perform point of contact updates for local markets representing the regional hub
• Consolidation and interpretation of data in areas of inventory, forecast evolution & sales analysis
• Conduct market research on key competitors' ranking, products, price points
• Project management, artwork amendments and coordinate for local marketing teams in the region

You will need: 

• Just graduated or with less than 2 years of experience
• Project management skills
• Passion for beauty trends & eye for design
• Sensitivity to the consumer’s needs and perspectives
• Creative and innovate mind (we want your bright ideas!)
• Good sense of initiative
• Ability to handle multiple workflow/processes to deliver within tight timelines
