What You Will be Responsible for:

The Quality Sr. Analyst under Augmented Beauty Operations (ABO) is responsible for Data & Tools Management including Field Quality Data Management & Reporting and administration of the AB Quality Management System (QMS).


Field Quality Management & Reporting:

  • ABO Field Quality Data Management & Reporting
  • Work with Consumer Care Center, Quality, Engineering, Contract Manufacturers and 3rd Party Vendors to track and analyze field quality trends.


Data Analytics Tools:

Development and Management of online platforms such as Power BI & other Application Tools for efficient data management and reporting


Quality Management System:

Responsible for the Administration / Management of QMS & Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools (Documentation Control, Validation, Change Control, Training, System Access Management – internal and external).


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree, with 3+ years of experience in Quality or Supply Chain  
  • Data Analytics experience with Microsoft suites, Power BI
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management & Quality Management System administration is a plus.
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

What’s In It For You:

  • Salary Range: $82,000-118,000(The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
