Tipologia di contratto:

Orario di lavoro: Full - Time

Sede:

Paese: USA

Job Description: Pricing Senior Analyst, Multi-Division or Division-Specific Accounts

Reporting to: Director, Pricing - Discounts, Multi-Division/Division-Specific Accounts

Location: New York, NY (open to NJ).

Context: L'Oréal USA is establishing a new, multi-division Pricing organization under the North America CFO, crucial for the upcoming NEO system implementation and "The Way We Trade" initiative. This aims to significantly reduce customer disputes, enhance efficiency, and improve data quality.

You will foster the harmonization of Gross-to-Net (G2N) transaction management across multi-division retailers, ensuring conditions align with commercial policy and acting as a business-oriented partner to build client advantages. The scope will progressively evolve as more divisions integrate into the full S4/NEO environment.

What You Will Do

  • Multi-Division or Division-Specific Discount Management & Compliance
    • Manage the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and settlement of on- and off-invoice discounts for L'Oréal USA's multi-division retailers, utilizing SAP S/4 (NEO), CCS, and HighRadius.
    • Ensure the accurate application of client contracts and the quality of pricing data, guaranteeing strict compliance with internal controls and "The Way We Trade" standards.
    • Serve as a key pricing reference for our multi-division or division-specific retailers, ensuring effective communication and alignment for pricing conformity and optimization.
    • Work closely with Credit and Deduction teams to monitor aged balances, manage and justify provisions, and lock contracts once all deductions are matched and settled.
  • Business Partnership & Dispute Resolution
    • Manage daily relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Key Account Managers (KAMs), Customer Service, and Commercial Controlling teams.
    • Proactively address and resolve pricing discrepancies and disputes, performing root cause analysis to minimize financial impact and strengthen customer partnerships.
    • Be a force of proposal, ensuring discount conditions align with divisional commercial policy and challenging them when necessary to protect P&L liability and ensure data integrity.
  • Agile Collaboration & Strategic Impact
    • Ensure high-quality Gross-to-Net (G2N) reporting for each Division, aligning with our "The Way We Trade" principles.

What We Are Looking For

  • Educational Background: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Diverse Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Finance/Accounting. We value operational rigor and process logic just as much as financial acumen.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strategic, data-driven problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. You can translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable with ambiguity and willing to pivot to support broader team goals as the new organization matures.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles. Knowledge of Gross-to-Net (G2N) and P&L implications is a strong plus, but the ability to understand the financial impact of operational actions is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with SAP systems (SD/FI modules) is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex analysis and reporting is required. Ability to manage data tool such as Power BI is a plus
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Resilience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, demonstrating strong organization, a commitment to deadlines, and composure under pressure.

Salary budget: $84K-120K based on experience

A Note on Team Structure: This is a newly formed organization designed to support a transforming business landscape. While you will primarily support the Multi-Division or Division-Specific Accounts team, our operating model is designed to be agile. As we stabilize processes and workload post-launch, team members may occasionally support other pillars of the Pricing organization (Operational Excellence or the other Account Team) or shift focus to balance business needs. We are looking for flexible team players who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
