We're seeking an eager Financial Analyst to play a key role in supporting our Supply Chain Operations. You'll dig into the details, uncover actionable insights, and work alongside experienced professionals to drive financial performance.


 

What You'll Do:

  • Supply Chain Analysis: Learn the ins and outs of our supply chain, focusing on the financial impact of inventory management and controls.
  • Performance Insights: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven recommendations.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Partner with Operations and Finance leadership to develop accurate forecasts and manage budgets for various supply chain initiatives.
  • P&L Ownership: Perform monthly close journal entries relating to inventory, provide variance commentary, and approve spend for select accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Internal Controls, Fixed Assets, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.

 

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a financial analysis role, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, conditional formatting, data sorting/filtering, vlookups, SUMIFs, nested IF statements, charts)
  • Experience with ERP systems or financial modeling is a plus (we're happy to train the right candidate!).
  • SAP a plus
  • Must possess strong: analytical and problem-solving skills; business acumen; leadership skills; oral and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - you can effectively convey financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 10% Travel Required.
