A Day in the Life 

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia (CZ/HU/SK) hub, you will lead our recruitment strategy and activities across all divisions. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key partner in building our future teams.

  • Lead the Way: You will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: You'll collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies that meet the unique needs of the CZ/HU/SK market.
  • Build Our Employer Brand: You will champion L'Oréal as an employer of choice, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities through innovative branding initiatives across the hub.
  • Drive with Data: You will utilize data and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve our recruitment processes for greater efficiency and impact.

 

We Are Looking For 

We are seeking a highly experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong drive to connect with top talent and build diverse, high-performing teams. You are a strategic thinker with a knack for building relationships and navigating a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Czech, Hungarian, or Slovak is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
