What You Will Do:
This role leads the development and execution of omnichannel (O+O) brand experiences for Travel Retail Americas. The Trade Activator will serve as the internal brand referent. It requires a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of the beauty consumer, and a passion for crafting exceptional brand experiences within the established European framework, under the leadership of the Brand Activation Manager.
  


STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP  

  • Implement the strategic activation/animation retail and digital roadmap for the brand in Americas, aligning with the global brand positioning, regional priorities and global frame set up by Europe. 
  • Lead the development of Brand Retail Strategy & Excellence for global POS (permanent & off counters)
  • Be the brand image referent with Head of Retail and Marketing, Area Managers in Americas and Brand Activation Manager in Paris and persuade local retailers hand in hand with Area Managers with compelling stories. 
  • Adapt global Immo DMI/TRM/ and Hub guidelines, ensuring alignment with market needs. 
  • Put in place a unique, authentic, and consistent brand consumer experience across all online and offline touchpoints - implement new concepts around retailtainment and see to their realization in stores, imagine new ways to communicate and stay in touch with the travail retail consumer 
  • Manage Merch& Visual Merch managers

OPERATIONAL EXECUTION ON AMERICAN SCOPE: 

  • Implement animations and activation touchpoints with customer in store and offline. In particular, imagine and see to implementation on-counter animation, leading Visual Merchandiser and Merchandising Project Managers in Americas.  
  • Oversee distribution, new store openings, brands roll out, refits in top shops, and consistent implementation of merchandising guidelines.   
  • Collaborate with the RDD team to implement designs and ensure seamless execution of in-store activations on permanent and events (HPPs, podiums, pop-ups)  
  • Develop global consumer experience (On + Off) and visual merchandising strategy and implement them in Americas to enhance the customer experience and drive conversion.
  • Represent the brand in IMMO meetings and act as a transversal referent for retail-and marketing related matters.  
  • Continuously seek competitive benchmarking and retail innovation opportunities to maintain a leading edge in the market.  
  • Manage budget and GWP: Monitor the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget and coordinate orders for Gift With Purchase (GWP) items.  
  • Digital Integration Full Brand (Beauty Tech / Digital devices for Retail & Animation/ My Beauty Club)  

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & TEAM LEADERSHIP: 

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to animation performance, digital reporting, and overall retail effectiveness. Work with residents for implementation.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.  

Follow A&P budget for Americas: Monitor the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) 
 
What We Are Looking For:
 
 Experience/Education:
 * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-life experience.
 * 6+ years of industry related Trade / Operational Marketing experience
 * Experience working collaboratively with various business areas
 * Experience managing internal/external relationships
