KEY JOB ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
- Create & maintain E-campaign plan in all Online Consumer engagement Touchpoints (Livestream, Video) that goes along with Brand Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaign Concept.
- Conduct Merchandising brief to deliver disruptive Merchandising Creatives that go in line with Brand Strategy and Regional Strategy.
- Assist in managing support system integrations on product properties, included but not limited to: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktokshop Seller Center & other internal L'Oréal systems
- Own Online Mega Campaigns in terms of
- Collecting competitor’s analysis for benchmarking purpose
- Brainstorming for Thematic Campaign Ideas
- Work with internal stakeholders (Brand team, Merchandising, Media, Commercial) to deliver E-campaign plan & Channel activities
- Conduct Campaign Post-Mortem Analysis to measure campaign effectiveness in terms of Ecommerce KPIs, Product Performance & provide insights for campaign optimization.

- Experience on digital media, ecommerce, rising channel of online

- Beauty category understanding, passion is a PLUS
