We are looking to recruit for a Brand POS Manager to join our newly created ‘Instore Excellence’ team, owning the Temporary POS brand merchandising vision for the designated brand. Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver excellent execution for our consumers and clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Own the management and delivery of all temporary POS, including stock builds, team WIPs and BOMs.
  • Manage the POS artwork from Marketing brief (master asset) to final approval and execution.
  • Manage the POS brand budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and compliance.
  • Understand customer in store possibilities to maximise impact and cost efficiency and ensure POS is in line with sustainability guidelines.
  • Work in collaboration with the Field Manager to ensure seamless execution in trade.
  • Work with suppliers and Marketing stakeholders to deploy brand imagery across all POS.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have prior experience within retail/merchandising or assistant brand/ marketing coordinator role or similar 
  • You have high attention to detail and creative flare
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and engage with core stakeholders internally and externally
  • Exceptional time management skills to deliver projects on time 
  • Ability to problem solve and overcome obstacles
