Join our dynamic Operations team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Demand and Supply Planner for our L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division. This crucial role ensures the accuracy of our sales forecasts, optimizing stock levels and distribution across the country. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, playing a key role in achieving our commercial objectives. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will be essential to success in this fast-paced and impactful role.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage the product catalog and contribute to its ongoing rationalization and optimization.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process, developing accurate and data-driven projections.
  • Monitor stock levels and distribution across KSA's three regions, ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Develop the baseline sales forecast and challenge and consolidate forecasts for promotions and launches provided by the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Build forecasts grounded in market trends, providing data-driven insights to support commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Develop, measure, and continuously improve key supply chain KPIs to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding demand changes and their impact on stock levels.
  • Ensure stock procurement aligns with the latest forecast, tracking progress from the regional hub to KSA.
  • Maintain a healthy stock mix, minimizing both out-of-stock situations and excessive inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze turnover and identify the root causes of backorders.
  • Conduct weekly stock and backorder analyses to pinpoint and address underlying issues, preventing future occurrences.

  • Excellent collaborative abilities and experience working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong understanding of supply chain KPIs.
