A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Online Brand Manager in executing E-campaign plan in all Online Consumer engagement Touchpoints (Livestream, Feed, Platform Social Post, CEM/CRM) that aligns with Brand Strategy and Thematic Mega Campaign Concept.
1. Livestream transformation
- Take care of BAU livestream by transforming Content Library, Tool Test, Product card, and livestream visuals.
- Planning and working with Agency to conduct Marathon Livestream including brand live & affiliate live: concept, visual, story, teasing video production and briefing to KOLs, visibility (thumbnail, banners, …). Livestream management on the spot.
- Amplify and Maximize Social management: Create contents for Mega sales & Livestream teasing, minigame, announcement...across touchpoints.
2. Visibilities & Visual management
- Conduct merchandising brief to deliver disruptive online creatives: Media assets (CPAS, AMS) and Platform Visibilities (SIS, On-site assets) for double day, BAU, Mid-month and Pay day.
- Translate from Zone campaign guideline & activation calendar into detailed visual briefing to agency (SVC)
- Brainstorming local thematic campaign ideas; follow up with both Internal Merch & External: Visual feedback, ensure Brand guideline & accurate content & timeline delivery.
3. GWP (Gift-with-purchase) management
- Creative ideation for online GWP portfolio.
- Sourcing and working with suppliers to deliver GWPs OTIF, while optimizing budget.
4. Managing Online Portfolio
- New product listing: ensure A+ contents & visual assets in line with zone guidelines.
- New bundle creation: working with multi stakeholders to create & active new online bundles.
5. Online Brand Campaign Execution
- Assist in managing support system integrations on product properties, including but not limited to: FDR, COSMO, Salsify, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok Shop Seller Center.
- Collecting competitor’s metrics for benchmarking purpose
- Tracking Online Brand KPIs: GMV, CR, AOV
B. PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Having open mindset & learning agility.
- Being collaborative, detail-oriented and able to work between Sales & Marketing to drive sales results.
- Strong Organizational skills (in terms of tasks prioritization, deadline management).
- Strong analytical skill and data-driven mindset.
- Interest in Online Brand Management will be a bonus.
