What? 

Within a dynamic environment, you will lead, drive, and inspire the business sales planning and broader multifunctional teams by aligning strategy and driving organizational excellence, ensuring quality of commercial forecast. Also, as a critical stakeholder, you will work closely with channel managers Key Account Management teams to bring a customer centric view to the forecast. 

 

How? 

  • Lead and embed the business planning processes.
  • Foster a multi-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Guarantee the quality of O+O commercial forecast (offline & online).
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities. Ensure consistency with the trend or flag gaps.
  • Articulate KAMs, Supply, Finance towards optimized sales planning.
  • Support the construction of the unit forecast for the customer but understand and diagnose the value forecast.
  • Challenge & strategize the longer-term forecast.
  • Operational Management of the Planning Tool.

 

Who? 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experiences in sales controlling or sales planning
  • Sales mindset - ideally initial sales experience (this position can be an ideal preparation for a further career in Key Account Management)
  • High attention to detail and confidence in handling complexity
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
  • Strategic vision and capacity to structure complex topics
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence a multi-functional team.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High level of commitment and resilience
  • Fluent in German + English language
