What You Will Learn:
The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team at L’Oréal USA is a strategic consulting and analytics group focused on CeraVe and La Roche Posay within the Dermatological Division here at L’Oreal. The AVP of RGM will lead a team that helps understand market and consumer dynamics and drive profitable growth through pricing and promotional strategy in conjunction with Commercial Strategy Field Sales. Team members come from varying backgrounds including market research, analytics, finance, and marketing but share a focus on making data-driven and business-informed recommendations. Common work includes consulting with upper management on strategic business decisions, discrete choice modeling (Conjoint), promotional and ROI analysis, financial modeling, syndicated data analysis, and dashboard and tool development.
This role will focus on managing and building the RGM capability and mindset within the L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division. In addition to working directly with senior management and brand presidents in the L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division, the AVP will work closely with other RGM leaders and teams in helping to drive forward the broader function in the organization.

Salary Range: $147,100 - $213,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
