Job Title: Senior Manager - Key Account Supply Chain Manager

 

The Key Account Supply Chain Manager is a business partner with exceptional service, extremely collaborative, and implements best-in-class processes to improve the order-to-cash processes. They will build collaborative and customer-centric relationships with TRAM’s top clients by measuring supply chain KPIs from the customer's perspective and adapt the organization to support specific client requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Proactively manage order processing and follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery, while adhering to group norms and standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain personalized relationships with key clients, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the implementation of projects in collaboration with internal and external clients to become our client’s preferred partner.
  • Proactively communicate with the hierarchy in case of challenges and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of operations and the accuracy of the sales short term plan from client perspective. Provide monthly feedback, highlighting areas of strength and identifying opportunities for improvement. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and implement improvements to streamline the monthly sales orders/inventory management cycle, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

What We Are Looking For:

 

  • BA/BS degree with Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, supply chain logistics or equivalent role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Customer service, data entry and accuracy, multitasking, order entry with ERP systems
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. PowerBI preferred.
  • Strong management experience, analytical skill and process management
  • SAP experience
  • English and Spanish (if working with LATAM clients)
