A Day in the Life 

You will join our Consumer Products Division in Bucharest as a Commercial Intern reporting directly to the Channel Leader, supporting O+O commercial execution for key retailers. You’ll work across functions to ensure product data, promotions and reports are accurate and timely.

• Data & Systems Management: Maintain the Markant database for client’s portfolio; support promotional files system input; update retailer listings and e‑commerce product information.
• Commercial & KAM Support: Act as a contact point for regional and business managers; follow up and update Key Account Management databases; collaborate with sales and commercial teams.
• Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain business reports to inform decisions (Excel); support Power BI tasks when required.
• Project Support: Join new projects as requested by the Project Manager and Channel Leader.

We Are Looking For 

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a strong interest in sales and marketing, ideally with an economic background. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. They are also a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. 

• Advanced Excel & Outlook skills (Power BI is an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration ability
• Clear Communication: Ability to effectively deliver concise, well-structured written and verbal messages tailored to different audience.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
