L’Oreal USA is excited to announce the establishment of a People Services function, based in Tampa, Florida.  The People Services function will take on and centralize critical, operational Human Resources work with a goal of increasing collaboration, leveraging shared knowledge, and creating a more consistent employee experience.  Come join our dynamic team and help us elevate the employee journey!

 

What You Will Do:

This position will develop Trends and Budgets for Internal Personnel Costs and Headcount by P&L line. This includes the integration, validation, and publication of headcount and personnel costs in financial systems, as well as assisting in the financial close.

  • Lead the end-to-end development of headcount and personnel budgeting and trend forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational P&L objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive Year-To-Date (YTD) variance analysis, comparing actuals against trends for both headcount and costs to provide actionable insights
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly general ledger closing, account analysis and reconciliation
  • Prepare and present ad hoc requests and data driven presentations to leadership
  • Direct and mentor other team members, overseeing their detailed work in Trend and Budget planning to ensure accuracy and professional growth

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Requirements – Bachelors Degree
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel
  • Ability to summarize and communicate to Snr Mngmt
  • Physical in office presences is required for part of the week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA / MBA
  • Big 4 Experience
  • ERP System Experience (i.e. SAP)
