We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven National Key Account Manager for CeraVe, the #1 Skincare Brand in Canada, with a critical focus on Walmart. This role is essential for the acceleration of our division, demanding exceptional talent to drive our Online-to-Offline (O+O) growth and champion our presence across all consumer touchpoints.

As a National Key Account Manager – Walmart, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and execution of comprehensive joint business plans, shaping the commercial vision by providing strategic account perspectives, identifying risks, and unlocking significant O+O growth opportunities for a seamless consumer journey.
  • Serving as the primary strategic expert for your Account(s), driving a retailer-centric account planning process that integrates advanced market insights.
  • Driving rigorous forecasting and delivering ambitious targets for the Account(s)' results: turnover, market share, and profit, with a pronounced focus on e-retail performance and maximizing online sales growth.
  • Orchestrating and leading high-stakes negotiations with the Account(s). Developing and championing the execution of robust action plans, encompassing promotions, campaigns, permanent and secondary placements, and integrating cutting-edge digital campaigns and online visibility initiatives to effectively implement Division and channel strategies, ensuring sell-out both in-store and online.
  • Forging compelling, retailer-specific O+O development plans, crafting persuasive narratives to secure retailer buy-in. Cultivating deep customer intelligence and building a powerful network with key stakeholders at the retailer, including their e-commerce and digital teams, ensuring a consistent and impactful L'Oréal voice in all communications.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a similar strategic account management role, demonstrating a proven track record of exceptional O+O results and client collaboration.
  • Superior communication and negotiation prowess, coupled with a win-win strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional ability to mobilize and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering high-performance collaboration across diverse departments.
  • Extensive experience within Consumer Goods Retailers, underpinned by a profound understanding of the evolving e-commerce landscape and its strategic implications.
  • A highly strategic and analytical approach to short- and long-term actions and planning, adept at integrating complex digital transformation objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & GPT, with a strong aptitude for leveraging digital tools and analytics to drive business decisions.
  • A proactive, curious, and innovative problem-solver with a win-win mindset, consistently eager to explore and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
