A Day in the Life

Ready to shape the future of one of the world's most iconic hair care brands? As the Product Manager for Elseve, you will be the strategic driver for the hair category across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will develop and execute product strategies that elevate our brand presence and connect with consumers in this dynamic region.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Brand Strategy: Define and implement the local marketing strategy for Elseve, adapting global concepts to meet the specific needs of the CZ/SK/HU markets.
  • Product Launches: Lead the launch of new products from A to Z, ensuring flawless execution across all channels and collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and digital teams.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the hair category.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, working with agency partners to create compelling content and activations that drive consumer engagement and sales.


We Are Looking For

You are a creative and analytical thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, ready to make a tangible impact. You have a knack for turning consumer insights into effective marketing strategies and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’re a great match if you have:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
  • A consumer-centric mindset and the ability to understand diverse market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and either Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
