WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead e-commerce transformation projects that optimize internal processes, improve digital agility, and foster a "digital-first" culture across different business units.
- Track the success of strategic projects through lenses such as market share gain, consumer acquisition quality, and digital shelf excellence scores, providing regular insights to the e-commerce and executive committee
- Analyze cross-brand consumer behavior to create seamless digital experiences that increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Establishing the strategic "E-commerce Playbook" for multi-division initiatives(score cards, multi-divisional eventings, internal audit compliance) and ensure these frameworks are executed consistently across the organization.
- Organize and facilitate multi-disional JBPs, regular community meetups, townhalls, and steering committees to ensure alignment, share best practices, and foster a collaborative "L’Oréal one-team" spirit across divisions
- Identify digital skill gaps within the organization and design a comprehensive upskilling roadmap.
- Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
- Lead and negotiate E JBP's with Ecommerce partners
- Lead online transformation of retailers by putting data agreements at the core of each deal
- Work closely with online business development team for agreements on performance KPIs, online visibility, CRM, and co-funded investment strategy.
- Analyze and interpret customer’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree
- At least 7 years of experience in e-commerce
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Open minded, can effectively collaborate with internal and external expert communities
- Good communication & Negotiation skills
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
- Curious, enthusiastic, rigorous
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills in English
