 A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As our Retail Media Specialist for the Consumer Products Division, you will be at the heart of our digital performance strategy. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to driving sales and maximizing the visibility of iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York.

  • Integrated Retail Media Strategy: Design a holistic roadmap balancing On-site visibility (Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Watsons) and Off-site traffic (Meta CPAS, TikTok, Google) to drive market leadership.
  • Performance & Creative Excellence: Execute full-funnel campaigns and provide strategic briefs to ensure all creative assets are optimized for conversion across retail platforms.
  • Shopper Strategy & Basket Analysis: Go beyond ROAS by analyzing shopper behavior and basket dynamics. You will identify cross-sell, up-sell, and New-to-Brand (NTB) opportunities to drive larger consumer baskets.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor real-time performance to dynamically optimize budgets between On-site and Off-site channels based on conversion data and ROI.
  • Commercial & Innovation Partnership: Collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing teams to align media with commercial priorities and stock levels, while testing new retail media products and measurement solutions.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Performance Marketing or Digital Media, with a strong focus on conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (ideally CPAS), TikTok For Business, and Google Ads.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data (ROAS, Conversion Rates) and turn insights into immediate campaign optimizations.
  • Drive & Proactivity: An entrepreneurial "test and learn" mindset with a constant drive for results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Beauty Passion: A genuine interest in the beauty industry and the digital shopper journey.
