A Day in the Life
As a Junior HR Cost Controller based in our Milan office, you will be a key player supporting both our Human Resources and Finance teams. This role is central to monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on our personnel costs, providing the insights that help our leaders make strategic decisions about our most valuable asset: our people.
