A Day in the Life

As the Training and Education Manager for our Consumer Products Division, you will lead the design and execution of all educational programs that empower our teams and retail partners. You will be the architect of learning experiences that drive brand knowledge, sales skills, and a deep connection to our iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy for the division, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging and innovative training content, from digital modules to in-person workshops, that brings our products to life.
  • Program Delivery: Lead and facilitate inspiring training sessions for internal teams and external retail partners, creating a community of brand experts.
  • Performance & Impact: Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives, using insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate their impact on business results.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an inspiring leader with a strong background in developing and delivering impactful training programs. Your ability to connect with diverse audiences and translate business needs into engaging learning opportunities will be key. We believe in your potential to grow and align with our values.

You are a great match if you have:

  • Experience in designing and deploying successful training and education strategies.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and educate.
  • Strong business acumen, with a clear understanding of the consumer goods landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of professionals.
  • Experience designing a comprehensive training strategy in the pharmacy channel (highly desirable but not essential)
