L'Oréal's Dermatological Division (LDB) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Business Leader to lead the growth and development of La Roche-Posay in our CZ/HU/SK HUB. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's strategy, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and consumers, and driving market penetration in the ever-evolving dermatological landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop the brand vision and 3-year plan in collaboration with DMI, ensuring alignment with dermatological market dynamics.
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and scientific trends.
    • Spearhead O+O marketing strategies, professional promotional calendars, and trade plans.
  • Scientific & Medical Collaboration:
    • Cultivate relationships with KOLs and dermatologists to build brand advocacy and medical credibility.
    • Partner with Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure all claims are scientifically sound and compliant.
    • Stay current on clinical research and scientific publications relevant to the category.
  • Product Development & Launch Excellence:
    • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
    • Develop launch plans including target segments, key messaging, and multi-channel activation.
    • Adapt global assets locally with DMI/CMI to resonate with specific market nuances.
  • 360° Campaign Execution:
    • Lead impactful campaigns across medical conferences, digital platforms, POS, and patient initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
    • Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment with clear direction.
    • Act as the primary brand contact, communicating updates to country, zone, and top management.
    • Represent the brand with external partners, advocating for its vision and priorities.


Your profile

  • 5+ years of proven success in brand management, with a track record of leading marketing teams to achieve dedicated brand/market growth.
  • Strategic and innovative leader: Identifies growth opportunities and develops innovative solutions within a scientific and regulated environment.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare professionals.
  • Data-driven decision-maker: Leverages strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
