Be the digital heartbeat of LDB — translating science-driven beauty into world-class digital experiences.


As Chief Digital Officer, you are the strategic bridge between business ambition and digital reality. You define and execute a bold, locally-rooted digital strategy that is fully aligned with division, zone, and cross-division guidelines. You inspire brands, empower teams, and orchestrate the full digital ecosystem — from media and data to e-commerce and advocacy — to accelerate LDB's growth at the speed of culture.


You are at once a Visionary, an Activator, and a People Builder.


MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Define and own the LDB local digital strategy, ensuring alignment with global and zone frameworks while adapting to local market specificities (CZ, SK, HU)
  • Translate business objectives into a full-funnel digital roadmap, covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
  • Act as the primary digital sparring partner for brand teams, commercial leadership, and medical teams
  • Monitor digital and media performance continuously, challenging the status quo with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations

Data, CRM & DDX

  • Define the LDB CRM & Data strategy — from architecture and segmentation to activation and measurement — and oversee end-to-end implementation
  • Leverage 1st-party data assets (patient data, HCP touchpoints, consumer data) to enable hyper-personalized interactions across the consumer journey
  • Accelerate the activation of2nd-party retailer data- through data clean rooms and Retail Media Network partnerships - to unlock co-created audience insights, improve targeting precision, and generate measurable value from shared data assets
  • Championdigital governance, privacy compliance (GDPR), and ethical AI use across all digital activations

Digital Media & Performance

  • Set the LDB Media strategy — defining investment levels, full-funnel approach, and omnichannel synchronization across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels
  • Oversee strategic media planning and buying for optimization and measurement (ROAS, GR, ROI, 1P spend %)
  • Work closely with commercial teams to support Retail Media strategies, hero SKU campaigns, and Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key retailer partners

Advocacy, Influence & Communities

  • Define and execute the Advocacy & Influence (A&I) strategy for both B2C (patients/consumers) and B2B2C (HCPs/dermatologists)
  • Leverage influencer and KOL strategies to generate earned media and build communities around skin health and expert-led beauty
  • Provide social media expertise to medical teams to amplify B2B2C activation and healthcare professional engagement

E-commerce & Omnichannel

  • Support e-commerce development by providing digital expertise across transactional, social commerce, and D2C channels
  • Own platform excellence — SEOto GEO, tagging, UX/CX optimization, and landing page performance — to maximize conversion across the funnel
  • Foster strong partnerships with digital agencies, technology partners, and platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok)
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends (GenAI, AR/VR, Retail Media Networks, data clean rooms) and translate them into business-ready use cases

Digital Acculturation & Team Development

  • Build a digital-first culture across LDB by championing learning, curiosity, and experimentation
  • Own and drive the LDB digital upskilling roadmap in partnership with the GM and HR — creating internal AI & Digital Academies
  • Lead, coach, and develop the LDB Digital team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation
  • Manage budget planning and optimization for the full digital scope


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: BS/MS degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 8+ years in digital marketing, with significant leadership experience at CDO or Head of Digital level
  • Deep expertise in digital media planning and buying (full funnel, retail media, programmatic)
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing digital teams
  • Strong knowledge of MarTech ecosystems (CDP, CMS, social platforms, analytics)
  • Professional English required — knowledge of local languages (CZ, SK, or HU) is a strong advantage
  • Highly creative, excellent communicator, with a genuine passion for technology and innovation
