O+O Sales Representative, L’Oréal Luxury Products Division

As an O+O Sales Representative in our Luxury Products Division, you will report to the O+O Key Account Manager and be at the heart of our omnichannel strategy. You will act as a brand ambassador, driving sales and loyalty for our prestigious brands by seamlessly connecting with consumers across both physical and digital retail environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for your O+O accounts, actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with our key retail partners, acting as their main point of contact and conducting regular store visits to ensure success.
  • Master Omnichannel Execution: Ensure our luxury standards are met both in-store through flawless merchandising and online via synchronized e-merchandising and stock availability.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, oversee order deliveries for new launches, and ensure high-quality data collection to fuel our O+O ecosystem.


Who You Are 

We are seeking for a candidate with true passion for luxury beauty, deep understanding of luxury service codes (attention to detail, storytelling, and sophistication) and strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are agile, comfortable navigating both digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and physical retail spaces, and possess exceptional communication skills to engage consumers effectively.

You are a great match if you have:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or digital sales.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A result-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • A deep understanding of luxury service codes and brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage consumers across different mediums. High comfort level with social media and digital retail tools.
  • Fluency in Greek and a good command of English.
