Job Summary 

The individual will be responsible for leading the integrated media strategy for all offsite and onsite biddable media solutions. Apart from this, the individual is also responsible for consumer engagement & growth strategy – connecting media performance with 1PD/2PD data, CRM, Owned + Online channels and e-commerce to strengthen consumer recruitment, engagement and lifecycle development, translating media signals into actionable engagement strategies across touchpoints

Key Responsibilities 

  • Take ownership of digital media budgeting allocation, working closely with E-com and Brand team in ensuring media budget sufficiency and effective traffic plan to drive brand-driven e-com sales
  • Consumer-centric performance insights – partnering with key stakeholders to align demand planning and budget guardrails, while delivering consumer-led insights, optimisation opportunities and recommendations that enhance engagement quality, conversion and long-term value across brands
  • Custodian of e-com media performance to drive business impact
  • Drive search strategy and keyword planning, to ensure integration of multiple touchpoints
  • Build, govern and ensure adoption of e-commerce media planning, execution and optimization framework cascaded by Zone / Corporate
  • Develop consumer understanding through consumer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase, and work with OBMs to develop personalized communications to improve CR
  • Analyze campaign performance and ensure activation of the right media touchpoints, tracking and drawing conclusions from specific media/e-commerce KPIs (ROAs, conversion rate, unique visitors, pageviews, etc.)
  • Work with agency, e-commerce and e-merchandising team to constantly A/B test assets on key levers to drive better CTR and CR
  • Cultivate and incubate inter-agency and marketing solutions partners’ relationship together with CDMO to deliver more sustainable and growth driven outcomes
  • Bring in new media revenue stream
  • Drive data driven marketing and setting up ecosystem roadmap

Requirements: 

  • 8+ years’ experience in digital and performance media planning
  • Prior experience working in media agency or client side to drive online business will be preferable
  • Strong knowledge of digital media ecosystem, ad tech, biddable media, programmatic buying and audience data acquisition/segmentation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience handling Lazada/Shopee/Tik Tok marketing solutions is advantageous
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders by understanding the needs of different functions from their perspectives
