A Day in the Life

As a Management Trainee in Offline Commercial, you will build the foundations to become a future business leader, mastering the art of sales in the offline retail landscape. This program will immerse you in managing key partnerships and driving brand performance in our most critical brick-and-mortar channels.

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key retail partners, such as department stores, and beauty stores
• Drive In-Store Excellence: Negotiate commercial terms, plan promotional calendars, and work with field teams to ensure flawless in-store execution and brand visibility.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Analyze channel performance and sales data to develop strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share for your brand portfolio.
• Lead with Business Acumen: Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to create and implement joint business plans that achieve your sales objectives.

As a Management Trainee in E-Commerce, you will be on the front line of L'Oréal's digital acceleration. This program is designed to develop you into a future leader in the fast-paced world of online retail, where you will manage our brand's presence and drive sales across our e-commerce platforms.

• Drive Online Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets with our e-retail partners and on our own brand e-boutiques.
• Master the Digital Shelf: Optimize in-app visibility and content in brand-owned accounts on all online platforms to create a best-in-class consumer shopping experience.
• Lead E-Campaigns: Plan and implement online-exclusive campaigns, promotions, and events, analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
• Leverage Data Insights: Analyze key e-commerce metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify trends and unlock new growth opportunities.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking results-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building successful business relationships. You are a great match if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience, OR a Master's degree  with age not more than 30 years old.
• A collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial drive – you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through your studies, work, or extra-curricular activities.
• L’Oréal Brandstorm or L’Oréal Intern is a BIG PLUS!
