Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Activation & Trade Partnership: Co-pilot marketing tactics and trade activations for key retailers with Trade Marketing and Customer Experience/Retail Excellence (CERE).
- Commercial Support: Partner closely with Sales to deliver key retailer needs, ensure timely product setup, build order forms, track weekly commercial results, and deliver actionable post-mortem analyses.
- Competitive Analysis: Track market and competitive activities (launches, exposures, reviews, media investments, and marketing trends) to share insights with the broader team.
- A&P Management: Responsibly and accurately track marketing-owned lines of the Advertising & Promotion budget (T&M, Sampling, and GWPs).
Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting (25%)
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and communicate macro market trends on a monthly basis across L'Oréal Luxe, with a dedicated focus on the Hyper-Luxe segment.
- Competitive Reviews: Identify, evaluate, and benchmark competitive new product launches, visual merchandising promotions, and premium services (treatments, spas, animations), presenting recaps at monthly marketing meetings.
- Field Engagement: Visit retail doors regularly to maintain a strong pulse on the market, connect with beauty advisors, and occasionally support high-profile local events and animations.
Product Line Development & Process Optimization (25%)
- Product Evolution: Formulate strategic recommendations for product line extensions, reformulations, new innovations, or basic business support based on performance metrics and luxury consumer trends.
- Process Efficiency: Innovate and streamline internal workflows to accelerate program approval, asset gathering, and local compliance processes.
- Field Enablement: Prepare comprehensive seasonal launch presentations for sales and merchandising teams to secure prominent floor placement and door-level opportunities.
- Talent Empowerment: Coach, mentor, and empower peers and Management Trainees (MTs) to ideate, execute independently, and deliver strong business results.
What You Will Bring

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of brand management or product marketing experience. Experience in fragrance, luxury fashion beauty, or hyper-luxury marketing is a strong plus.
- Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex 360° campaigns from conception to retail shelves.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong financial and analytical experience, including ROI analysis, sales forecasting, budget management, and P&L support.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a highly hands-on, fast-paced, and creative start-up environment inside a major division.
- Influence & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster teamwork, influence diverse stakeholders, maintain a positive attitude, and take proactive initiative.
What’s In It For You:
- Competitive Compensation: $98,400 - $140,200 base salary (actual compensation depends on experience, skill level, and geographic location).
