  • Coordinate the medical activity according to the company strategy( medical representatives, clients, territory )

  • Propose concrete and specific strategies for each area/client/medical representative and implements procedures to increase awareness and prescriptions/recommendations in the area

  • Coordinate and evaluate team activity (including team development and coaching)

  • Provide support for setting and evaluation of individual objectives at the level of each subordinate

  • Establish development relationships with new partners (Health Care Professionals – ensure a correct segmentation, face to face visits, involvement in medical projects, Active Cosmetics Division brand awareness )

  • Responsible for medical budget coordination

  • Build, check and optimize the monthly routing for the team

  • Organize and prepare meetings, events, medical actions, congresses in the area covered

  • Responsible for various reports directly related with the medical activity


  • Bachelor's degree in health education would be a plus

  • Previous medical experience as Medial Area Manager/ Area Sales Manager

  • People management experience – min. 2 years of team coordination

  • Very good presentation skills

  • Effective coaching skills

  • Highly organized, efficient and results oriented

  • Analytical and strategic thinking

  • MS Office ( PPT, Excel, Word)
