The role reports to the Customer Care Manager, managing order process and communicate with business clients to improve the sellout of the business. Partner with planning, customer service and finance, the role will have the picture on general business to drive revenue with marketing and sales.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Monitor the sell-in & sell-out turnover of the month & landing period
  • Communicate daily with sales and finance to clarify any misunderstanding in order processing
  • Manage customer catalogue with daily turnover report
  • Analyze risk and devise action plan to meet monthly sales target from supply chain perspective
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Supply Chain Planning and Finance team
  • Assist in daily order processing and resolve any difficulty

Desired Skills & Experience

  • University graduated or above, preferable in Logistics, Business or related discipline 
  • Years of experience in supply chain order processing and management
  • Ability to build business relationship and partnership
  • Entrepreneurship, resilience to stress, motivation to be better
  • Well organized, independent problem solving and decision making
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
