Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will work with the marketing manager together to own the product portfolio management in 2 major channels: Medical skincare & Retail. The role is a key to drive the brand franchise with creative marketing means including product, CRM, digital loyalty membership programs in all-rounded marketing.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management level
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Implement promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as sales, logistic, education, marketing agencies & others to build broader business strategy
  • Manage budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years marketing experience (in Retail industry) preferred
  • Experience in beauty products would be an advantage
