Being part of the APAC CDO team, you will be playing a key role in advising digital & marketing strategies and activation for travelers.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Activation plans of Chinese Travelers, travelling outside of China to maximize business potential
  • Work in strong partnership with the brand teams from
    • Travel Retail APAC business unit of L’Oreal
    • Local L’Oreal market teams
  • To Plan, & help local team on execution of Chinese Traveller activations including (but not restricted to):
    • Social Media engagement
    • Content Marketing (with a strong focus on travel related portals)
    • Search Engine Marketing
    • Digital Media buying
    • Influencer Marketing
    • Offline support, including retail education, in-store display or other POSM if needed
  • Work at the APAC level for the project of APAC OA account on Wechat to manage Chinsee Travelers in a centralized and digital way, including the set-up, maintains of feeds posts (collaborating with different local market), mini-program for local market including assortment, offers, CRM, store map etc;
  • Collaborate with China local market to get clear information of China local market’s plan, including launching staging plan, digital calendar, new product information as well as retail education summary 
  • Monitor & analysis the contribution to business of Chinese Travellers to the various business entities.

Who we are looking for:
  • 5 to 8 years’ of experience in product & digital marketing preferably in China / strong knowledge of Chinese market
  • Excellent communication skills to work with different counterpart in different countries/culture
  • Good project management & agency management skills
  • Strong ownership & driver to accomplish dedicated tasks
  • A proactive self-starter with a good team spirit
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal)
