Develop and execute a digital social media strategy, ensuring consistency of our message and high consumer engagement along the path to purchase.  Work collaboratively with Brand marketing, Integrated Consumer Communications, eCommerce and external agencies to provide guidance in the execution of our digital plan. Deliver category-wide thought leadership and data analysis to build robust story telling for the brand online, drive key cross-platform programs and investigate innovative approaches in paid and earned media.




  • Develop a strategic roadmap and vision for Social, as a key tool for engagement, awareness and conversion to the Carol’s Daughter brand.
  • Develop a social media calendar supporting innovations, animations, retail stores and customer acquisition goals and engagement.
  • Be an expert in paid social media and Execute fully loaded campaigns including ideation, launch, monitoring, analysis optimization and media buying with support from ICC team.
  • Identify new relevant audiences for our campaigns.
  • Optimize content strategy to ensure we create the right content that can be leveraged across several channels and to deliver consistent message across all touch points.
  • Manage Social Media Marketing team.




  • 7-10 years of experience for a leading social media for a top-tier consumer brand
  • Organized and thorough project manager with experience managing process and deadlines across teams and categories
  • Ability to present in-depth social strategies and business results to senior leadership
  • Strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of analytics and social reporting
  • Deep understanding of social media strategy across a variety of industries (experience in beauty or at a global brand is preferred).
