-Define e-commerce development & strategic roadmap: identify and experiment on-line retail opportunities in line with brand's positioning and objectives (including e-boutiques, e-retail and e-tail, mobile commerce, social commerce...)

-Drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of the e-boutiques, e-retail/e-tail sites if relevant

-Build a strategy to optimize traffic using all levers (media,search, social,partnerships...) and ensure corss-channel synergies

-Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile...) and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy

-Trace and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI

-Set-up and optimize orders, payment, delivery with Supply Chain (internal/external)& finance

-Define, lobby for pilot the budget in line with the entity's/brand's strategy and ambition

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor in top universities

- High passion in EC business and embrace the changes

- At least 1 year experience in EC Marketing area

-Creative and data driven
