Key Responsibilities

Strategic scope: push the "Listen to engage" model

  • Owned Social Mastery (Content production and publishing, Community Management, Fans acquisition, Analytics…)
  • excellence (Social Listening, Influencers Marketing, Customer Engagement…)
  • Amplification & Social Media experience required (Display / Search / Social / Programmatic…)
  • Participate to the Global L’Oreal Social Steering Committee

Technology & Program Management
  • Support Global program management “Social marketing Acceleration”: in charge of social tech global roll-out (adoption, run, measure, optimize); Sprinklr being the core technology. Meeting local teams is key.
  • Conduct Business requirements gathering and Global Technology partners selection where needs are most universal, and devise for best operational models based on Countries Maturities

Social Analytics & Performance Anatomy
  • Compiling and story-telling best practices with pilot Countries and best-in-class executions to accelerate replication within the Group
  • Engaging with Countries CMOs & Brands CDOs to implement long term improvements from learnings, establishing Social Golden Rules on Content & Publishing that can impact business worldwide
  • Conducts Adhoc in-depth performance anatomy analysis on specific cases where opportunities are highlighted, efficiently drilling into data to find root causes for performance


  • 5 years+ experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content production and publishing, either on Media Agency or Client side (both experiences a plus)
  • Experience in Social Analytics to analyze and leverage data for performance management
  • Fluent in English
