The Marketing Executive will work with other departments (regional cross-functional teams, local marketing teams, global teams, and Travel Retail) to ensure that the implementation of the marketing plan is coordinated, consistent and aligned with business objectives.

§  Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, competitor activities and share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new developments and marketing mix (IMC/360/Digital/PR) with the countries’ needs

§  Collect and analyze monthly sales reports by market

§  Assist in tracking performance of new product launches/ marketing campaigns and make recommendations to management on ways to improve

§  Provide daily support to the countries to make the link between regional and country teams; relay timely information

§  Assist countries to animate pillar products and to monitor core catalogue productivity

§  Mobilize and work closely with other departments (visual merchandising, supply chain, education, etc.) to ensure successful completion of projects and meet the deadlines

§  Assess compliance of marketing materials (artworks, imagery, digital, point of sales) and proper implementation of global/zone guidelines

§  Assist in preparation and consolidation of pricing analysis across the zone

§  Make recommendations to feed into the zone strategy

§  Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management


  • Knowledge of trends and China digital ecosystem is preferred, but interest in cosmetics is a must.
  • Must possess the skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.)
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communications skills is a must
  • Must possess a hip and creative personality and a keen interest in understanding what motivates people.
