What can you expect:

  • 12-month, full time, paid managerial traineeship in Operation Department.

  • After successful evaluation of employment opportunity to work in one of our Operation Department in Consumer Products Division; Active Cosmetic Division; Professional Products Division; L’Oréal Luxe

  • All trainees are assigned to work at the L’Oréal’s headquarter in Warsaw

You unique role:

  • Real job experience and opportunities to participate in ambitious projects

  • Getting to know integrated planning within the S&OP model

  • Having a real impact on the planning process to guarantee the product availability, high service to customer while optimizing stock levels

  • maintain the supply of the product catalogue lifecycle and substitutions

  • communicate Out of stock, risks and production date, monitor local prioritization determine priority with subcontractor team and monitor copacking execution

  • monitor  daily service level

  • consolidate monthly Out of Stock root causes analysis, monitor action plan

  • Cooperating with  warehouse, international logistic and other local departments like e.g. sales, marketing, master data, etc

  • Leading your personal projects around logistic topics


  • Be students or fresh graduates in economic or technical disciplines from various universities (management, logistics, finance, economics, transport and similar).

  • Preferred economic or technical education (management, logistics, finance, economics, transport and similar)

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel- is a must).

  • Have strong analytical skills, business sensitivity and the ability to manage complexity

  • Have business oriented (experience gained through internships, studying abroad, activity in student organizations)

  • Be self-motivated, creative and entrepreneurial

  • Be a team member

  • Fluent in both: Polish and English
