Your Mission

Lead the development of the Global Activation Strategy for all markets and categories and supporting the marketing plans in-line with brand and consumers objectives.

Your Responsibilities

Develop the global strategy for the Brand event calendar in close partnership with product development (NPD) and Commercial teams to deliver business & category growth objectives

Liaise with Zone & Market contacts to understand and support local event requirements and drive buy in to International Calendar recommendation. We operate in over 70 markets

Work closely with product development, VM, digital, CRM and creative teams to ensure all event assets are developed in line with agreed International Event plan and approved table layouts

Create 360 marketing activation plans in conjunction with key stakeholders that animate each event with a single minded message

Ensure that marketing activation teams are implementing a coherent single minded strategy and approach across all touchpoints with Digital at the heart of each plan

Sell-in Event Activation Plans to Market & Zones driving alignment across the business, influencing stakeholders in different geography and level of seniority 

Select, manage and develop the Marketing Activation Manager and team Intern

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in marketing 360 plan in a retail environment

Passion for beauty and consumer goods, experience in beauty is a strong preference

Strong creative conceptual skills and ability to bring creative ideas to life in retail

Strong understanding of customer insights

Proven experience in managing projects and senior stakeholders
