The Video & Digital Joint Business Partnership (JBL) Lead will be responsible for developing, negotiating and managing all Digital and Video Joint Business Partnerships. You will partner with the agency and brands to co create the Video Strategy and go to market across all Digital JBPs including Google, Facebook, Pinterest and the retailers as well as Video including OTT and traditional broadcasters.
Partner with agency to co create go to market strategy for Video and Digital partnerships
Oversees L'Oreal USA (LUSA) digital activity with partners and monitors the brands’ use of negotiated benefits.
Gathers learnings from current partnerships to inform the following year’s Go to Market Strategy and Negotiations.
Leads the process of all T/V negotiations in partnership with the agency.
Leads the governance and quality control of T/V investments and activation.
Ensures alignment on Digital and T/V investments between Senior Management, Divisions & Brands for upfront deals.
Partners with the Data and Advanced Analytics team to ensure all partnerships and activation ladder up to LUSA’s data strategy and LUSA’s learning agendas.
Leads and cascades best practices in the areas of Search, Social, E-retail, Ad Tech, T/V planning & buying while also ensuring their effective implementation.
Ensures that LUSA stays at the forefront of the Video and Digital Media Disciplines by:
BS Degree. Advanced degree preferred. Applies complete knowledge and technical range and full sense of business strategies and environment to drive value and business results in a highly strategic and complex org and business challenges (min 5+ years senior leadership exp., 10+ in omni Media field).
Must have depth and breadth of all media from a strategic point of view
Must be curious and passionate about what is possible in the ever-changing world of media.
Must be results driven with the ability to work high level strategic projects and well as go deep and tactical on other equally significant work streams.
