Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall service responsibility for the Equity Equivalent Investment Program (EEIP).
  • Assist in reporting and Monitoring of EEIP programme
  • Assist to ensure the well-being and development of all beneficiaries in the EEIP eco-system
  • Co-ordinate the activities and responsibilities of the EEIP Advisory Council, Selection Committee for the Skills Development and Enterprise Development programmes
  • Manage the L’Oréal internal human resources, marketing, financial resources and all other non-cash investments to be delivered to the EEIP
  • Assist in collating all BBBEE documentation for verification etc.
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics for all public and in-house training courses
  • Perform general training –related administration including coordination, sending out agendas, booking and sending out training invites in outlook
  • Send reminders/confirmations for training initiatives to invited employees
  • Prepare course documentation (such as attendance registers, names badges, certificates etc.)
  • Course material: formatting of materials and presentations (PowerPoint) where required
  • Manage relationships with Suppliers – doing all administration and liaison re quotes.
  • Purchase orders, delivery, quality control and payments as per credit agreements and required standards as well as loading new vendors for the division
  • Manage the purchasing process, from obtaining quotations to delivery to payment within deadlines (prior to delivery of training courses)
  • Assist with delegate registration for external training courses when required
  • Follow up SETA reimbursements
  • Assist to follow up with new recruit’s induction program especially prescribed e-learning completion
  • Maintain training database including the Training Calendar Loading of training that is planned on WSP/Training plans in UNITY and SAGE VIP skills portal (in the absence of SAGE access, create and update an excel spreadsheet)
  • Prepare/track weekly/monthly statistical reports as required
  • Maintain records and statistics on training activities including venues used, trainers used, and reporting what needs attention
  • Update Skills development on BBBEE
  • Update monthly EMP201 information


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business or Commercial Studies A minimum of five 6 – 10 years’ experience in BBBEE & Skills Development administration and logistics

    Knowledge of BBBEE regulatory and compliance frameworks
