About the role

You will work in the Corporate E-Commerce organization, under the responsibility of Head of E-commerce Benelux. Here you will be involved in developing & implementing the e-commerce growth strategy for the Benelux cluster. 


You will have the opportunity to shape the new position of ‘E-Commerce multi-division client lead’ involving working closely with your business stakeholders (Marketplace managers & Key Account managers) as well as your colleagues (E-commerce acceleration manager and E-commerce content manager). Your role will be focused on developing the strategic collaboration with a key online retailer. You will coordinate the full scope of our business with this retailer with both internal and external stakeholders. Your KPI’s will be very diverse among which business performance, online performance KPI’s and customer satisfaction ratings. 

In this role, you will 

  • Be the cross-divisional client lead for one of our major online retailers. You will be responsible for the E-Joined Business Plan, coordination of workstreams and implementation of Governance models.
  • Be the 1P (B2B) cross-division coordinator. You will facilitate cross-division learning & information sharing by animating the client-tribe. As well as analysing trade terms & maximizing ROI for the divisions.
  • Be the 3P Market place (B2C) coordinator. As the owner of the marketplace business model & infrastructure you will be the main point of contact for internal & external stakeholders. You will coordinate and develop the Marketplace managers in the divisions. With the divisions you will collaborate on their marketplace strategies, analysis of results &, performance optimization. On top you will focus on driving innovation in marketplaces and unlocking new business opportunities. 


Your profile

You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. You feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and you can convince them if necessary. 

You are a good negotiator and innovator. You are flexible and agile, able to adapt quickly to new rules or processes.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG / complex corporate environment
  • Strong B2B & B2C commercial experience, preferably within FMCG.
  • Marketplace or D2C e-commerce experience preferred 
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and an intrinsic motivation to develop and motivate people
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to combine the day to day business of today with a strategic vision for tomorrow 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
