The Team/Department...

L'Oréal’s Couture Brands comprises of a portfolio of 4 luxury fashion houses brands: Mugler, Prada Beauty, Valentino Beauty and Viktor&Rolf.  The Couture Fragrance cluster has grown significantly over the past few years, thanks to tactical acquisitions, successful product launches and strategic brand activations. It’s an exciting time for these fast-paced, ever-growing brand!

 

You will...

You will have a passion for beauty and fragrance with a keen desire to understand the full 360 process to get the product to the consumer. You will be required to provide a high level of attention to detail and coordinate multiple responsibilities across the Brand Activation Team with specific focus on retailer trade marketing. This will include operational launch support, organisation as well as contributing to creative concepts within the wider launch.  You’ll also learn a lot about the consumer and all the elements required to execute a best-in-class launch.

 

You will be a productive, self-motivated, and a detail-orientated individual. You’ll work with a wide variety of people and be comfortable with problem solving. There will be opportunity to help with several additional projects on the Brand Activation team, making this a busy & rewarding role. 

 

Day-to-day you may be...

  • Daily management of the GWP (gift with purchase) and trade sampling strategy
  • Management of internal systems (MyMarket, Cosmo, Optimise, Salsify, Opera) 
  • Supporting Trade Activation Assistant Manager on specific launch activations
  • Management of retailer incentives & hype events
  • Support with retailer & NPD send-outs 
  • Lead delivery of monthly reports showcasing best-in-class trade activation across LDF brands, retailers and competitors.
  • Liaising with commercial teams to ensure seamless go-live of campaigns
  • Managing the logistics of the cyclical team calendar (e.g. Activation Workshops)
  • Regular analysis of the beauty industry- tracking and monitoring competitive innovation 
  • General office administration across Marketing Team

You are... 

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
