V.I.E. IN QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

International Assignment

The VIE Mission will start on the month of February 2025 or March 2025 and it will last 18 months.

About the VIE / International Assignment:

  • A VIE mission is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
  • Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

A DAY IN THE LIFE (YOUR ROLE/MISSION)

As part of the Quality Improvement Team at our production site your responsibilities will be:

  • Development and improvement of the quality culture in co-operation with the production, quality and logistics teams as well as our suppliers
  • Being the contact person for quality issues for the operational areas
  • Analyzing and tracking non-conformities 
  • Carrying out internal quality training and audits 
  • Carrying out supplier audits
  • Collaboration on projects in the operational areas by creating and using risk analyses

 About you:

  • Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences
  • You are an excellent communicator, consistent and willing to step out of your comfort zone
  • You have profound analytical skills and the great ability to innovate
  • You are able to handle a high operational workload
  • You are capable and enjoy working in an international environment
  • You have basic knowledge of German or are eager to learn
  • You are fluent in English
