A Day in the Life

As a Business Planner in our Professional Products Division, you will be the analytical backbone of our sales strategy, ensuring forecast accuracy and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to create a reliable sales vision.

  • Ensure business building accuracy by following and challenging KAMs sales monthly forecasts on baseline promotions and launches
  • Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation
  • Aggregate the total sales forecasts and consolidates sales
  • Analyse all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps
  • Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustments to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply, Finance)
  • Validate the sales forecasts
  • Lead sales forecast monthly meetings with KAMs
  • Implement and work with business planning tool Northstar


We Are Looking For

You are a great match for this role if you possess a sharp commercial mindset and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone with strong analytical capabilities who can translate data into actionable business insights and communicate them effectively. Your ability to collaborate and challenge constructively will be key to your success.


You

  • Are a University graduate (Business or Technical schools preferred)
  • Have min. 4 years of experience on the similar position (business or sales analyst tor other business analytical roles)
  • Have a professional experience from FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Are a confident advanced Excel user
  • Have a commercial mindset and detail oriented personality
  • Have a strong communication skills
  • Are fluent in English – both written and spoken
