A Day in the Life
As our Head of Content & E-commerce Acceleration, you will be the central architect of our digital commerce strategy, driving online sales and amplifying our digital footprint across all L'Oréal divisions. You will orchestrate group-wide initiatives and empower divisional teams to excel in the fast-paced e-commerce landscape.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- E-commerce Content Strategy & Optimization: You will lead the e-commerce Content Factory, strategically overseeing the entire lifecycle of our content. You'll drive the implementation of new group tools and ensure their seamless adoption across divisions.
- Digital Tools & Performance: You will oversee the adoption and optimization of e-commerce tracking and activation tools. Your goal will be to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve the user experience across all digital retail touchpoints.
- Strategic Data Partnership: You will identify and enable divisions to strategically leverage second-party data from key retail partners. This will unlock deeper consumer insights, enable personalized experiences, and refine campaign targeting.
- Multidivisional Activation: You will lead and coordinate large-scale e-commerce events and campaigns that span multiple L'Oréal divisions, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing our portfolio's impact during key commercial moments.

- E-commerce expertise: Extensive experience in driving online sales, with a deep understanding of the digital retail landscape, content optimization, and performance analytics.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute complex, multi-divisional e-commerce strategies that align with broader business objectives.
- Data fluency: A strong capacity to leverage data partnerships and analytics to unlock consumer insights and drive personalized marketing activations.
- Project management: Exceptional skills in managing large-scale projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of major online events.
- Leadership & influence: The ability to lead through influence, empowering and enabling diverse teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
