Your Role:

As IT Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d) Europe, you manage support services within global standards, foster key stakeholder relationships, and ensure release governance. You lead crisis management and drive ITIL-based process excellence for continuous growth.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Service Management: Supervise and manage support services according to global standards for quality, time, and cost. 
  • Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain effective communication with business leaders, CIOs, and partners. 
  • Release Governance: Ensure compliance with release and deployment processes to guarantee reliable provider support. 
  • Crisis Management: Lead the resolution of operational crises and escalations in collaboration with IT departments. 
  • Process Excellence: Implement ITIL/ITSM frameworks and drive continual improvement across all digital solutions.

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 7 years experience in IT/SAP, ideally including an international context.
  • ITIL4 certified & ITSM expert.
  • Strong Project Management & offshore.
  • Excellent Communication & soft skills.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
