We have an exciting opportunity to join our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Division as a Senior Online Brand Manager within our SkinCeuticals team. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online strategies, you will enhance the visibility and performance of our brand in the digital space.

The core responsibilities:

• This is a full funnel position; working across awareness and consideration media, retailer and channel strategies, brand management and performance media.

• Drive strategy and optimisation of performance across meta, google, tiktok platforms and partnerships

• You will be responsible for the digital media budget and the channel allocation to meet the brands growth objectives

• Build media activation strategies to support the growth of the DTC and retailers 

• Building and executing the brand online strategy to meet consumer expectations and drive commercial opportunities

• Constructing content and marketing activation plans for e-retailers with the objective to influence and gain synergies between brand digital activities, content strategy and e-retailer strategies

• Ensuring consumer trends, insights, path to purchase and behaviours (online and offline) are integrated into decision making

• Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and external partners to maximize the impact of online initiatives.

• Collaborating with brand team members to facilitate the conversion of KPI’s, delivering clear objectives (digital and data collection based) and providing insights to help with decision making and improve user experience

• Collecting, analysing and interpreting information derived from all data sources to generate insights, track ROI and make constructive strategic decisions and recommendations to management



• You have previous experience within an ecommerce/online brand manager role within a similar environment ready to step into a senior position

• Managing media budgets and optimisation of media channels

• Having previous experience in a media agency is also highly desirable 

• Experience using Meta Business Manager, SA360, Google Analytics advantageous 

• You have a track record of success adhering and contributing to the development of the marketing metier 

• You will have high levels of attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent communication skills

• You will have great analytical skills to provide accurate and on point reporting to aid in decision making and present to our partners.

• You will be able to demonstrate great collaboration and relationship building skills with various levels of stakeholders
