What you will do:

  • Define and implement a medical relations and communication strategy, tools and content in line with brand priorities to encourage prescriptions and develop the reputation of the division and the brands
  • Develop relations and programs with opinion leaders, learned societies and patient associations to establish the scientific and medical legitimacy and the values of the division and the brands
  • Define the multi-channel (both on- and off-line) medical strategy in line with brand strategy (product plan, services, territories etc.)
  • Take charge of scientific and competitor monitoring in medical areas and processes / analyzes all information (panels, competitor analysis, …)
  • Imagine a storytelling scenario and define key messages adapted to health professionals (dermatologists, gps and pharmacists)
  • Adapt the content and the communication tools to the targets and different touchpoints
  • Supervise the development and develop the content of the tools, the services (sales visit aids, information leaflets for doctors and patients, medical training programs targeting doctors, websites, mail and newsletters, video, webinars, communication material for events such as congresses…) 
  • Circulate scientific and medical expertise to other departments and trains medical representatives 
  • Select and design the online and offline medical and scientific events (medical education targeting doctors and patients, congresses, webinars) so as to increase the visibility and enhance the reputation of the unit 
  • Develop programs (partnerships, sponsorships, services, etc.) with learned societies, patient associations and other professional players in the health sector
  • Identify and select relevant key opinion leaders (kols) and rising opinion leaders (rols) - scientists and health professionals - for the brand
  • Measure the impact of the action taken and ensures the follow-up
  • Ensure the monitoring of activity relating to professional and medical relations
  • Ensures the respect of internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals

  • Salary Range: $144,800-$210,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
